When I try to change my parental controls it says I need to ask my bill payer to change it yet that is me and I can't see how to change that. I'd appreciate any help!

@Tobias2005 you need to change your user status on your EE account from user to account holder. Also if you’ve never remove content before you need to call customer services and with a credit card pay a refundable token as you have to prove your over 18 or you can go to an EE store with photo ID to request this.

the guidance for removing the content lock is a complete lie, it is not possible to remove the CL (online) as the page doesnt exist, ive had to make an account, sign up to the ee community and go round in cirlces on a slow and unresponsive website for nearly an hour. angry doesnt come close to what i am right now, it is the customers responsibility to activate the CL on thier account should they want or need it. bearing in mind most people have wifi in thier homes therefore a CL is completely pointless. the real reason why the CL is the way it is, is because of how the company percieves you as a customer. ee is god honest awful and i am distancing myself from them because any time i try to do something technical, it never works or doesnt exist and i need to phone them basicly the company thinks your an idiot child who needs to be treated as such. its nothing to do with safety or protections, its pure contempt for the customer. im payg and i was using my phone for porn because my internet is down for a couple days.

Hi @eeus09
Welcome to the community.
Sorry for the confusion. To change your content lock on pay as you go, you have to call our Mobile Care team or pop in store.
