Can you confirm when using the my EE , my phone dialled this number , can you confirm that this is correct +44 7953 966350,6081676752056#,  I'm assuming it's just the quick way to get through to the correct department

Hi @Dave6018-4. 

If this is the number dialled from your My EE app this will be right, it will a unique number to confirm the call has came from the app.
