  • I Juliana Steuernagel , am the bill payer and the only authorised person to deal with all aspects of my contract with EE . I have not authorised any third party, friend or family member to view my bill or make changes to my account. I have been constantly having issues with it. Please contact me asap.

@Jules1209  this is a public forum not customer services from here there is no access to your account to even help you with your account issues. You will need to call customer services about your account issue. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for coming here. 

The My EE settings will have an option for bill payer and account holder, does someone else have access to your account showing in your My EE account? 

Or are you set as the bill payer and want to change this to account holder?
