I have no activation code 150 tells me I have no home security. I have registered with my email details that EE hold and I can not access the 24 month subscription. Can anyone help please?

I have same issue, 150 tell me i don't have home security. Which i do I have tried everything and it is past for returning what can't be accessed

Welcome to the community.
I think you should have received a message from EE after purchasing the Arlo product, to which you should reply ARLO to 150.
When you say 150 tells you that you don't have a product, is that a reply to the text message or have you called to speak to someone about it?

I am in the same position replied to the EE email with ARLO and am getting the same text message reply
Sorry - it doesn't look like you have EE Smart Home Security to receive a voucher code.

Yep rang them today and there was an issue with the registering of a part of the purchase code received and up and running now
