Hello, good afternoon.
I made a purchase a while ago and have been receiving undue charges. My problem is that I don't speak the language (English) very well, so it's difficult to communicate over the phone. I would like to know if there is a store that has support for the Portuguese language, as I need support from the anti-fraud department.

Are you able to call Customer Care team or visit an EE store with a friend or family member who is able to translate for you?
