@Jimmychips  if content lock has never been removed from your account you will need to call customer services and with a credit card pay a fundable token to have this removed or you can go to any EE store with photo ID make this request there.. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi

I just bought a PAYG WIFI but it's content 18+ locked. Is this the only way to get this unlocked, going into an ee store with ID.? I don't have a credit card.

I would suggest speaking with our Mobile Care team to see if it can be removed from our side.

And what good is that gonna do when I don't have a CC. I foned the mobile number and the answer machine just gave me the runaround
