Help I'm trying to unlock an EE mobile and put new sim and now I'm asked for a PUK but this is an old mobile so my account has my new phone linked not this one

Hello @Carrieoke.

Are you trying to put an EE SIM into an old EE Device?

If yes, the device should not need unlocked.

A PUK code is a SIM unlock code which can be found within your My EE account.
