Thanks for visiting the EE Community

Does restarting the phone also resolve your issue only for it to come back later? If its a physical SIM have you removed it from the phone to gently wipe it to make sure no issues there? 

If the issue is continuing I would recommend getting in touch with our technical team and they can take a look and help with a replacement SIM if one is needed.
