It's free and easy to unlock online, just use the online unlock form at Unlock EE Devices
Most devices we've sold from July 2021 are no longer locked to EE, so it's worth checking to see if your device is locked to our network first. Just pop any other network SIM into the device.
If your unable to generate an unlock code online, or the code is not working, please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the unlocking team will raise a ticket and contact you directly once they have the usable code available from the manufacturer.
