replacement sim with same number not working !

my phone got stolen , and i have blocked the sim and requested new sim with same number . Today i have recieved the sim but its not working . it says Sim not provisioned

Welcome to the EE Community,

If you call freephone 0800 956 3146 from any other phone a tech advisor will be able to activate your replacement for sim for you 🙂
