@rebf90 : Do you have only 1 no. on your a/c? If nor, you can't use texts for getting PACs. You need to phone up.

Same issue, been trying over several days via text and online account yet get the service is constantly unavailable. We have a single number account on sim only monthly, we just want our PAC code to port our number as EE is no longer right for us. Frustrating! 😣
