number move from Vodafone to EE

Hi there

i need to move my Nunber across from Vodafone to EE. I have the PUK code and I’ve requested to move but I keep getting blocked and it’s not letting me move. Can anyone help or advise

@Lou4710 : You want a PAC, not a PUK.

Once you've received your SIM from EE, get your PAC from your current network & give it to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .
