EE Perks deactivated

I have attempted to access my EE-Perks and was prevented from accessing it due to the account being deactivated as i apparently hadn’t verified the email even though I’ve used the account several times over the years. How can I reset it.

Resolved! Account query.

Had a query on my account today and was helped by Natalie.  What a pleasant, helpful, nice girl she is.  She had the time to listen to me and got my account sorted very quickly.  She's a credit to EE.
