EE Perks deactivated
I have attempted to access my EE-Perks and was prevented from accessing it due to the account being deactivated as i apparently hadn’t verified the email even though I’ve used the account several times over the years. How can I reset it.
Resolved! when i try and check the status of my upgrade order, t say "oops timed out"
Upgraded yesterday - had email confirmation but not received any more updates - when i put the order number into the tracked on "my orders" it just says "oops your tracking has timed out"was expecting it to be despatched today and delivered tomorrow
