hi i lost my ee pay as you go sim so im wondering can i get my number trasnferred toa new ee sim , i have my old address on the account so cant get a new sim send out thanks

Hi @sara19876

Yes, you can get a replacement SIM by calling our Mobile Care team (and updating your address) or by popping into your nearest EE store.

Once you have the replacement SIM, we can activate your number on is.
