Trying to retrieve puk code but phone locked so can’t retrieve registration code to confirm it’s me when trying to link phone to my eye account

@Sarahjane2024  The lock on the device has nothing to do with the PUK code.    If you need a PUK code that means your sim is block so how are you going to receive a code to confirm it’s you and your account ?    you need to call customer support.
