I recently changed from bt to ee and kept my old number. My problem is when I go into my phone settings it still shows the number I received with the ee sim and it won’t let me change it. Any ideas ?

@wulliewullie  Log out of iMessage and FaceTime and then restart the device, now check your number in settings>phone if it’s correct you can now enable iMessage and FaceTime. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Hi, I tried your suggestion but it’s still the same. When I go into settings and then phone it shows the new number. It lets me change the number and then save it but when I go back it’s changed back to new number.

@wulliewullie  you cannot change the number and save it as it takes a number from the SIM card.

 

you say you recently change from BT to EE did you request your number to be moved over from BT ? If you did when did you do this because number migrations do not happen over the weekend so you say recently if that was Friday your number will not be ported until at least Tuesday as it will not be started to be processed until Monday and it takes up to 24 hours.
