Received my new iPhone 15 Pro and did the transfer from my iPhone 14 pro.
On receiving phone call I assumed that my E.sim had transferred to as the call rang on both devices.
So i reset the iPhone 14 pro. and then discovered i had no network on the iPhone 15
tried to download new Esim but was unable to receive the activation code .
EE help said they could activate the Esim over the air, but I would have to wait 24 hours for it to work. They tried this twice (48hrs).
They then sent me a physical new sim which still isnt working... Could it be the iPhone, which I have reset and replaced the new sim several times.
Any ideas appreciated
