Welcome to the community.

Have you tried restarting your phone? It may be worth popping your postcode into our coverage checker and hitting 'check status'. It'll let you know if we're aware of any problems in your area.

Thank you for responding, I already did it but I get that I have a problem in my account, I am trying to communicate with some ascessor but no but they do not answer. Thank you

I've never seen that message before, to be honest, @Liza16. Did you speak to our technical support team? Did they tell you what is causing the problem?

Are you on contract or pay as you go?
