@mitocarita Is this a new EE sim ? Or have you had this sim for a while now ? If you had it for a while you’ll need to contact customer service to request a replacement sim or go to a EE store with in date photo ID to request a replacement there.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
