Hello- I tried setting up an esim last night however had numerous problems my phone now doesn’t recognise my SIM card and the below screenshot is my cellular settings. I have tried to factory reset the phone which hasn’t helped which also means I now can’t use the phone as it’s requiring me to get authentication codes to my phone number which no longer works. I have attached a photo below of what my cellular settings are looking like on the iPhone.

It seems as though the phone recognises the EE sim just that my SIM has no service.

Thanks for coming here. 

If the eSIM is not recognised, you would need a replacement SIM card. You can order a replacement SIM card by giving us a call on 07953 966 150 and the team can get the SIM card posted to your account address, or you can visit an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement.
