I lost my sim card and i got a replacement sim card, the replacement card came and i wanted to activate it but it was asking for a number to send the security pin to, i used my friends number thinking it would just send the code and i would activate the sim but that was not the case, the sim card became my friends new sim with is number instead of my previous number. how do I solve this. I want my old number but i don't have the old sim as i have lost it so where can they send the activation code for me to retrieve my number if i dont have access to the sim

It sounds like you just ordered a blank SIM online, rather than reporting yours lost.
Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can block your lost SIM to avoid it being used by anyone who might find it. They'll also send you a pre-activated replacement SIM.
