Want an e simacard from pay as you go simacard

I want to change from physical simacard to an e simacard and maintain my number. I have had a pay as you go simacard.

What can I do?

Unfortunately as a pay as you go customer, there is no ESim, just the physical SIM card, so if you wanted an ESim, you would need to have a monthly contract.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
