Upgrading from contact to sim & keep same number

I’m overdue an upgrade and am looking to go from contract to sim only.

How do I go about keeping the same number?

Online it’s asking for my delivery address. I thought my plan would just change and I wouldn’t need a new sim?

Thanks in advance.

You dont need a new Sim to go from a Phone Contract to a Sim Only Contract, decide which Sim Only Plan your after then ring Customer Services or Upgrade Team on 150 they will do it all over the phone there and then.

An upgrade by definition involves keeping your no. It's just a change of plan.

An upgrade generally refers to changing your phone whilst keeping your existing number - something you can't do if you also want to change to SIM-only.

MyEE online also refers to an "upgrade" when you choose to keep your existing phone, and drop to SIM-only after your minimum term has expired.

If you're referring to the second scenario, then you are correct to assume this is just a price-plan change which doesn't necessitate a new SIM. Are you sure you're not inadvertently ordering an additional line?
