Upgraded sim not worked?

Hello! 

I upgraded ( or thought I did) my sim plan a month ago as I needed more data and there was a deal that was actually less than I was paying (£21 for 25 vs £20 for 125). The last message I remember receiving was saying it would automatically switch in the new month. 

cue me getting an 80% data warning and being, crikey, how have a used that amount. Look at my ee and I’m still on my old plan. And now it will only offer me unlimited data with 6 month half price. I refuse to pay £40 in 6 month. 

anyone have any advice/something similar happen? Annoyingly i cleared a bunch of emails so I can’t find the confirmation but I remember clearly doing it and being told it’ll come through in the next month

I would suggest speaking to customer service and they can take a look at your account and see what is going on, as we would  have no idea here, as we have no account access here.
