Transferring numbers

I am trying to transfer my old number from 3 to EE, I am on the page to do so and when I put in my PAC code it says “please make sure you enter the right code” after checking with three multiple times they say it is the correct PAC code. I have called EE and they said it must be a problem on 3’s end so basically both companies are saying it’s the other companies problem. I have no idea what to do. Has anyone had a similar problem to this

Have you tried giving our Customer Care team the PAC over the phone?
