Hi, I want to buy a pay as you go SIM card, is it the same way to transfer my old number like the monthly plan.

1st of all order a PAYG SIM from EE. When you've received it, get your PAC from other network & give it to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .

@Yanyanyan   Only if your moving from a different network to EE then it’s the same process. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @Beqir1980.

 

You can text PAC to 65075 on your old phone to get your PAC.

 

You'll then need to give this to EE to port your number over.
