Hello, I requested to transfer my old number to EE on tuesday, I’ve completed all the steps, it’s been 5 days and my number still hasn’t been transferred. Does it need more time ?

It has been bank holiday since Thursday and nothing will happen over the weekend, I would suggest seeing whether tomorrow Monday it has been done or Tuesday, or ring customer service and find out what is going on, as this sort of thing is not done over the weekend, which I presume may also include bank holidays.
