Transfer from plus net

I've transferred from plus net and supplied my pac number when ordering the new sim but have received no information about how to transfer my number. I attempted to complete your transfer my number form but it won't accept my pac code. I've attempted to get a new pac code from plus net but they won't supply one as the code is still valid.
