Transfer from BT - Number not ported

We have been transferred to EE from BT. The new sim arrived on Saturday yet the BT phone number has not been ported over yet and it is now Monday and we need the old BT number. When will the number be ported over?

@WhatSpark Number ports don’t happen at the weekend and it should start today and be completed by tomorrow.

I have the same issue. Moved two numbers from BT. Got SIM for one. Still waiting for other. Hard to speak with a HUMAN when calling 150 on EE???!! Old number not ported as yet.

Looks like they’ve still not resolved this issue. I’m trying to port two numbers from BT to Ee and one has been delayed for a month. The other hasn’t ported due to a ‘complex technical problem’ so my partner is left without a working BT or Ee sim for up to 72 hours. 😤
