Greetings all! 👋
I made a mistake when porting over 4 sim cards from Three and my partner's mobile number (Phone A) has ended up with a lower GB data plan (Plan 1) , and my work phone (Phone B) has ended up with the higher data plan (Plan 2)!
Is there a way that I can successfuly swap the plans over to the other mobile numbers? So it should look like:
Phone A - Plan 2
Phone B - Plan 1
Many thanks in advance for any responses!!

Hi @User3785,
Welcome to the EE Community
As @XRaySpeX mentioned it wont be possible to directly transfer the number without cancelling them, but I would recommend giving our team a call and let them know what has happened and they may be able to just change the plan on each number to the one you meant.
In the meantime before calling if you needed to you can gift data between the numbers so you don't run out on your personal number.

No. Once you move 1 no. you cancel that contract plan. So nowt to move other no. to.

Thanks all, I can confirm that the team were helpful when I called them, as I had initially made a mistake when I ported the original numbers! They also confirmed that once you port your number away from the plan, it automatically does an early cancellation, which would be subject to early cancellation fees etc.

Yes, that as well.
