I started a new contract with ee 3 days ago and decided to go with the e sim option. I tried linking my device but it didn’t work. After calling they said there was some details missing and it’s all sorted and that after 24 hours I should see an option to download my eSIM. I am yet to see the download option or able to link my device?

I’m sorry you’re not seeing the option to download your eSIM. If it's been more than 24 hours and it’s still not showing, I'd recommend reaching back out to our team over the phone so they can check this further and escalate if needed.
Alternatively, you can visit your local EE Store with photo ID, and they will be able to provide you with an eSIM pack.
