Hi i got confirmation that my new sim card is processed sucessfully but havent recvieved nrw card yet

@Ianmckinven  this isn’t customer services is a public forum,  you don’t post any details about your order on the internet.     Edit the title to remove the XKO number.  

SIM card are sent 2nd Royal Mail.
