How come getting a new sim due to the old one failing can't just be a simple swap then everytime I actually need to use the ee app or online its down ive been almost a week with no signal on my phone except when on WiFi and now I can't even Register my new sim online says open untill 10pm but it's actually 9pm there was prob about 50 people watching the phone ring instead of answering it 25 mins before they finish seriously doubt I will be staying with ee when due for upgrade as there service is a joke

I'm sorry to hear you've had trouble getting in touch to activate your new SIM.
