I am sorry to hear this is happening.
Are you aware when there was last any chargeable action from the SIM?
Such as buying a pack, topping up, making a chargeable call or text?

If the phone has not been used for any chargeable activity for more than 179 days, the account will go into hibernation and any credit will be removed. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team to look into getting the account active again.
