Hi, 

So I just received my new upgrade. I tried to insert my new replacement sim into my phone but it wasn’t working. 

I tried activating it using the instructions given on the letter using the sim swap method. 

I used my other EE phone to receive the pin in order to activate my number but now that sim isn’t working. 

help. I need both sims active 🥲. Urgent

@Bfonseca96  Your number has to now migrate to the new SIM card.   Try restarting the new device a few times.    Your old sim can not be activated or used after you have requested a sim swap.

A replacement SIM is often supplied with upgrade phones incase there's a problem with your existing SIM or it doesn't fit.

If your current SIM works and fits your new phone, then there is no need to use the replacement. Just move the SIM from your old phone to the new phone.
