Hi all. I have just taken a new contract out to place into a new unlocked phone. I was sent an esim but it was not compatible with the phone so I got in touch with EE and they sent me a replacement nano sim. When I put the nano sim into the phone it says it's not provisionised. However I've tried to go through the process of activating new sim and I am unable to do that as it is trying to send a code to the linked phone number which isn't possible as it wasn't activated because of it not being compatible with the phone. Please can someone help me?

Thanks for coming to the community.
Do you have an EE store nearby at all? If you do, you can pop in with photo ID (either a passport or driving licence) and they can get a SIM up and running for you.
If you aren't able to get to a store, it would be best to give our team a call and they can see if they can activate that SIM, but if not, arrange for a pre-registered one to be sent out.
