Hi, I purchased a Sim and loaded the 15 pound plan about three weeks ago and it has been working great. This morning it was working and then suddenly my phone showed a notification that no Sim card is found. I put my old Sim in and it recignises it but put the EE Sim in and again the message Sim not found. I've removed it, cleaned it, restarted my phone multiple times - any ideas? Any help is appreciated, thank you!

@Lahcampbell Sounds like the is faulty and you have to request a replacement SIM card. You can do this by going to an EE store with ID or by calling customer services.
