I need to order a SIM card please I lost my other one abroad

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no.

Hi @MariaMacedo,

You can either:

Order one online
Call the mobile care team on 07953 966 150 from any phone
Visit an EE store with valid Photo ID for a free replacement
