If this is a replacement SIM, please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can take a look at your account and order a replacement SIM. 

Or, you can take photo ID to an EE Store and they will set you up with a replacement SIM card. 

If you would like to order a new EE SIM card, please see the EE Shop online.
