Two days ago my sim card completely stopped working. Contract not payg. Turning phone off and on doesn't help, nor does airplane mode on/off. Taking sim out and cleaning didn't help. The messaging function on the technical support page isn't working so I'm trying on here.

Are you able to try the SIM card in another phone to see if this works?
Have you ordered a new SIM or upgraded at the same time the SIM stopped working?

Hi. Unfortunately I don't have another phone to test the sim. I did order an upgrade but that was after it stopped working (unrelated as I was going to upgrade anyway). Will i get a new sim card with my upgraded phone?

If the SIM card is the same size we don't always send a new SIM card as this will work in the new phone.
I would suggest giving us a call from any other phone on 0800 079 8586 and the team will check if a SIM has been sent and help you further 🙂

When was the last time you topped up or used your phone for any chargeable action?
