My phone complains there is no sim card inserted. I have lost text and phone call capability. Having recently given up our land line, it would appear I have no way of contacting EE for a new sim card.
Looking at the website I am told ring 150, can't do that. Send a text to 150, can't do that.
Is my only option to drive to an EE shop?

Thanks for coming to the community.
I am sorry you're getting this error message, are you able to try the SIM in another phone at all to make sure this is the SIM card and not the device?
If this is the SIM and you need a replacement, you would need to contact us from any other phone or pop into an EE Store with photo ID and a guide will get the SIM replaced for you.
