i have replace a pay as you go sim card order for one week ago and still have not received a delivery

Hi there,
I ordered a new PAYG SIM card with top up from your website on 5th September but still haven't received it. I cannot track it, please advise?

They usually arrive within four working days. I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to check what's happened with your order.
