Please can you explain why sim activation is not instant?
Why can this process not be automated?
Business customers cannot reasonably expect to go multiple days without service.

@jrjsjdbeb it can take up to 24 hours. The network has to see that your Sim needs to be activated this takes time, this isn’t like just flicking a switch and turning on a lightbulb. The signal to activate the sim has to filter through the network that’s the whole EE network not just your local mast. And it’s is automated.
Try restarting the device a few times as this can help.
