Sent the Wrong Sim

Received the wrong SIM today. I need a nano. The SIM I received only supports Mini and Micro.

How can I exchange it for the right one?

Hi @Kwarior 

The SIM you've been sent is a multi-SIM which supports all 3 sizes - micro, mini & nano.

You just need to pop-out whichever size it is you need - so for a Nano size, clip out to the edge of the microchip.

The micro size includes the white backing around the chip, which is indicated yellow on the left.

The mini is the size currently cut out.

Where is the nano? I need a nano! The micro is too big. There are only two sizes that I can see on this SIM.
