Ever since I received my new work phone and number the mobile data has never worked and I have to call via WiFi calling.
Today I tried the fix available on here and it now says SIM1 not allowed. Could this be the reason for no calls / mobile data outside of my WiFi zone?

@ZaraRoberts1 If your using Wi-Fi calling then you are using your number. Wi-Fi calling is just to give you a usable line when you have no cellular signal and it uses your tariff allowance.
Your place of work should of set this up for you as they are the account holders so unfortunately you can not even speak with customer services about any issue you might have.
