Hi, I have recently changed to EE after being with Tesco. I ordered my sim online and specified that I wanted to keep my original number which was xxxxxxxxxxx but this has been changed. Would you be able to help me to change it back to my original number please?

Welcome to the community,

Did you get a PAC code from Tesco? If you did not, you would need to request this and then give it to EE.

If you have done that, when did you do this, as it may take 24 hours for everything to move over.
