SIM card

I have changed my BT Sim to EE, but I have no phone service. I can’t call out or accept calls. I need to speak to EE but no way of speaking with them other than to call which I am unable to do, any idea of how I get this sorted as I need my phone.

Just to be sure, is it your EE SIM that you've inserted to your phone, or are you still using your BT one? 

Also is service showing when you look at your phone's signal bars?
