I ordered a SIM card 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived? Could someone look into this for me please?

The SIM card should have arrived by now. I would suggest following @XRaySpeX's advice to speak to our Mobile Care team.
Alternatively, you could pop into your nearest EE store to get a replacement.
