SIM Problems

Hello,

I seem to be having an issue with my SIM card or phone. When my sim is put into my personal phone (iPhone 12 mini), I cannot make or receive calls, when I try to make calls it says call failed. I then swapped the SIM card with my son (he inserted his SIM into my phone and vice versa), he has an iPhone 13 Pro. When this is done both phones can make and receive calls. If anyone has any advice, it would be much appreciated.

Could you please confirm if your SIM has worked in your personal iPhone 12 mini before?
