i've redone a sim and it's a replacement sim that is my same number is not letting me make calls or texts and no signal is showing up

Thanks for confirming that @lucy12walhy, it definitely sounds like your new SIM hasn't activated here.
If you're able to call us from another number, you can contact our team on 07953 966 150 and they can check this all over at our end.
Alternatively, you can also head to your local EE Store with a valid passport or UK driving license and get a free replacement right away.
